Job Summary: Valencia’s eCoin® Peripheral Neurostimulator (“eCoin”) is a radically small, inexpensive platform electroceutical that can be placed subcutaneously in a simple office or outpatient procedure. The Territory Manager will be the primary point of contact for our customers for the assigned territory.

Responsibilities/Tasks: Employee is tasked with:
• Primary point of contact with physicians, institutions, payors, and other appropriate medical staff.
• Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships. Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
• Responsible for exceeding revenue goals and objectives.
• Represent Valencia in procedural cases and post operative programming.
• Maintains positive and cooperative communications and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
• Develops and maintains an understanding of OAB therapies in a competitive environment. Keep abreast of best practices and selling trends.
• Provide leadership with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services
• Continuously improve through feedback
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Five years’ experience calling on physicians in surgical medical device. Preferably in the Urology, OAB, or Neuromodulation fields.
• Documented skill in conceptual and consultative selling, business planning/consulting, negotiation, territory financial analysis.
• Solid knowledge of the Reimbursement climate
• Documented history of sales excellence. Experience in developing new, innovative markets. Preferably with a disruptive technology.
• Ability to follow all work/quality procedures to ensure complete quality system compliance.
• Team oriented
• Schedule flexibility for case coverage and client meetings after hours and on weekends.
• Ability to travel approximately 25% of the time, dependent on territory geography.
• Lifting requirements are normally up to 25 pounds but may exceed that on occasion.
